Sure, being tall has its perks and all that. But little did most of the population know that this coveted attribute bring challenges we, girls need to face on a daily basis.
Are you sure you still want a taller self?
1. You were always at the end of the line before college

Ten plus years you constantly need to wait for all your classmates to line up so you can take that last spot which means you’re also at the end from flag ceremonies to almost everything school is about. Then all you can do was cringe every time you hear that dreadful statement “Find your height.”
2. Most cute guys are shorter than you

If you got the standard of your guy’s height > your height, this probably applies to you. So you learned to master mending these little heartbreaks every once in a while (sobs). Then you’ll carry on with your literally “high” standards.
3. People think you can reach literally anything

It’s amazing how we suddenly get branded as human panungkit and tagasabit for life just because our heights made us qualified for the job.
4. Some dresses are just your top

Happens all the time. Which keeps you wondering: how did this little garment get labeled as a dress?! The same way most tops transform itself into crop tops the moment you fit them.
5. You get bumped like always

Low beams are so low. Each time you try hard with all your might ‘til you end up crawling on the floor HAHA kidding is there no other way here? And you get yourself bumped anyways.
6. Your friends kept on asking you to donate some height

If it’s humanly possible we could, but we can’t. Then there you go again and again with your default ringback at times like this.
Through all these, our love for who we are didn’t change a bit. After all, the benefits are far worth more than the inconvenience.
